摘要
为查找某电雷管瞎火及作用时间散布大的原因,进行了工艺对比试验,并从机理上分析了问题。结果表明:贮能焊接时电流过大或使用烙铁压力过大将使焊点处桥丝受损,点火药点平压力过大加剧了桥丝受损的程度,由此造成电雷管瞎火及作用时间散布大。此外,提出了工艺控制措施。
In order to find out the reason of dud and wide dispersing of function time, the comparison tests of technological parameters were made, and mechanism of dud was analyzed. Results showed that the bridge wire attached to welding point was damaged due to too high welding electric current and pressure of soldering iron, and the degree of damage was intensified due to too high ignition composition charge pressure.
