摘要
南胡颓子扦插育苗采用不同扦插基质、ABT1生根粉不同浓度、插穗不同粗度的处理进行正交试验,经方差分析和多重比较研究,选择出提高南胡颓子苗木品质和繁殖系数的最佳处理组合:A1B2C1、A1B1C1,即腐叶土+ABT1100mg·L-1+5mm粗和腐叶土+ABT150mg·L-1+5mm粗。
Experiment of cutting propagation of Elenaegnus conferta Roxb was conducted using different handling measures:cutting medium,different concentrations of ABT_1,and different thicknesses of scions,applying orthogonal method.In analyzing of variance and comparisons were selected optimum combinations-humus soil+ABT_1100 mg·L~ (-1)+5 mm of thickness of scions and humus soil+ABT_150 mg·L^(-1)+5 mm of thickness of scions.
