《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》在西安市高校开展现状的调查研究

Investigation on Application Present Situation of "NationalStandard of Mass Aerobics Exercise"in Universities and Colleges in Xi′an City

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法就《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》在西安市高校开展现状进行调查研究。调查表明:《标准》在西安市高校开展实施的状况不容乐观,影响其开展实施的主要有《标准》动作内部及其外部两方面因素,针对其影响因素提出建议,以促使《标准》在高校更好的开展与实施。

On the basis of the literature, inquire method and interview etc. the authors investigate the application situation of 'National Standard of Mass Aerobics Exercise'(brief name: NSMAE) in universities and colleges in Xi′an city. The intra and outer factors that influence the application are discussed in this paper. The results show that the NSMAE application situation in universities and colleges in Xi′an city is not optimistic. The effect factors include two parts: inter-factor and outer-factor. Some suggestions are put forward in order to application.
