有氧健身操锻炼对中老年人血清脂蛋白组份及载脂蛋白水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 对46例老年健身操运动爱好者和43例不运动老年人的脂蛋白组份、载脂蛋白水平及它们的比值。结果显示:长期参加健身操运动老人的TC、TG、LDL-Ch与不运动老人相比无显著性差异,而HDL-Ch及分型、APOA-IHDL-Ch/TC、HDL-Ch/LDL-Ch、APOA-I/APOB-100、APOB-100/LDL显著高于不运动老人。以锻炼时间、年龄、身高作应变量与血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白等自变量进行了相关分析,分析表明锻炼时间与HDL-Ch、APOA-I/APOB-100、APOA-I呈显著正相关,与TG、APOB-100、LDL-Ch呈负相关,但无显著性差异,而年龄、身高与血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白无相关性。 This paper reports the level of carrying lipoprotein and the ratio of lipoprotein ingredient of the 46 aged people, who frequently take part in body building exercises, to the 43 aged people, who do not do exercises at all .The result shows that the difference of TC, TG, LDL-Ch, between the 46 aged people and the 43 aged peoples is not obvious.however,TC,TG, LDL-Ch of the former is much higher that of latter . With exercise time and height as dependent variable and lipoprotein as independent being analyzed.The result indicate that exercise time is positively correlative to HDL-Ch, APOA-I/APOB-100, APOA-I and negatively to TG, APOB-100, LDL-Ch while age and height are not correlative to lipoprotein.
