文化差异对翻译具有重要影响。中西文化差异涉及到许多因素 ,本文就文化背景的差异、风俗习惯的差异、宗教信仰的差异和思维方式及观念的差异等几个核心问题进行探讨 ,并运用大量典型的例证来说明 。

Cultural differences have an important influence upon translation.This paper explores the core factors concern cultural differences which include culture back ground,convention and customs,religion,ideology and conceptions etc.Typical examples are cited and two approaches(domestication and foreignization)are focused on to show how important it is to make an exact E-C translation due to cultural gaps.
