摘要 全球性的职位转移到底发生在哪些跨国公司的哪些职位上?跨国公司的这些职业转移在中国市场形成了什么样的迁移地图?离岸外包带来的职位转移究竟是一个虚妄的“神话”,还是一个有争议的现实? It's a new phenomenon that more and more foreign companies ask Chinese local head hunters to find candidates of senior staff,such as project managers,financial directors,and human resources management director,for transnationals It goes without sayin saving cost is the prime driving force of this new round of globalization.More and more transnationals move regional headquarters to China and sct up R&D centers in China.They find that local talents can do jobs as good as those in western countries.sometimes even better but their income is just a fraction of their coutcrparts in weslern countrics.But job transfer as well as offshore outsourcing is very sensitive politically,because more people lose their jobs in those countries.In order to maintain their ability of competition,transnationals must tap rich human resources,in China.Only those with high crcativity and flexibility in developed countries can keep their positions
