高校图书馆面向社会开放之我见

OPINIONS ON OPENING OF THE LIBRARIES IN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING TO THE SOCIETY

高校图书馆面向社会开放是时代的需要;是实行资源共享的有效途径;对充分发挥“两项职能”极为有利。因此,必须充分利用学校资源和人才优势,认真总结过去的实践经验,进一步向社会开放。本文还根据江西农业大学图书馆面向社会服务的实践,就有效服务社会的途径谈了几点看法。

Opening of the libraries in colleges and universities is the requirement of the times,which is also an effective approach to share common resour- ces.Therefore,it is imperative to take full advantage of the human and physical resources of the colleges and universities by further opening the libraries to the society on the basis of the previous practical experience. Theis paper has expressed the author's opinions on the effective approaches for serving the society in line with the practices of serving the society by the Library of Jiangxi Agricultural University.
