Observing Dependence Relations in State Enterprises from the Reform of Medical Insurance System——A Case Study of One State Enterprise in Beijing

本文把国有企业改革和医疗保险制度改革结合起来研究 ,通过考察实行了新医疗保险制度的一些企业的运行状况 。

This article reviewed the dependence phenomenon existed in state enterprises from the point of view of medical insurance. It expounded the effect that the reform of new medical insurance system brought to the state enterprise and its workers. It also discussed the dependence relations in Chinese enterprises and the relation's changing after Chinese reform.
