The Development of Urbanizatio Depended on the Evolution of Industrial Structure ——A Comparative Study between Heilongjiang Province and Japan

日本的城市化是伴随着工业的发展而发展起来的,黑龙江也是如此。黑龙江同日本相比较,可以得知,城市化必须要有产业的支撑,否则城市化就是一句空话。黑龙江应抓住产业升级和扩充的机会,在制定城市化发展战略中采取产业聚集战略,以为人口流动和城市化的发展创造便利条件。

Japanese development of urbanization follows the development of its industry, which is the same as Heilongjiang. It is thus clear that the urbanization needs the support of industry. We should seize the opportunity of the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure in Heilongjiang Poovince and take the strategy of gathering industry in order to create the conditions of population movement and the development of urbanization.
