浅谈如何解决中国的社会保障问题

Discussing about How to Solve Social Security in China

我国实行改革开放二十多年来 ,逐步建立起社会主义市场经济体制 ,原有的社会保障制度日渐暴露其弊病 ,不能适应社会经济发展的需要。为此 ,应对社会保障发展的制约因素进行认真分析 ,尽快改革现行的社会保障管理体制 ,探讨解决中国的社会保障问题 ,建立统一的社会保障机构。

Since implementing reform and opening up for 20 years,China has established market economic system of socialism step by step.The original social security system has exposed its defects day by day and can't meet the needs of development of social economy.Therefore we should analyse some restrictive factors to the development of social security,reform the present management system of social security,explore and solve the issue of social security in China and establish unified structure of social security.
