摘要
文章回顾了过去 15年间宝钢管线钢的发展。通过对高强度高韧性管线钢、具有抗HIC性能管线钢和大口径输气管线用厚规格的针状铁素体型X70管线钢的研究开发 ,形成宝钢X系列管线钢的成分和工艺体系。产品质量稳定 ,已批量应用于西气东输管线工程、忠武输气管线工程、土耳其输气管线工程等国内外重要管线工程。
The development of pipeline steel in Baosteel is briefly reviewed. The pipeline steels with high strength and high toughness, HIC resistance and heavy gauge X70 with acicular ferrite and larger diameter have been studied and developed in Baos t eel. The compositions and processing of series X pipeline steels have been grad ua lly established in Baosteel. The quality of the steel is stable. The products ha ve been applied in both domestic and oversea pipeline projects such as West ea s t pipeline project ,Zhong Wu gas pipeline project and Turkish gas pipeline pro ject and so on.
