摘要
介绍了窑炉红外温度检测装置的组成、轴向温度分布图像的动态补偿算法、克服粉尘和蒸汽干扰的平滑滤波算法、基于欧氏距离及相平面图的窑炉状态预测算法等研究成果。通过在长城铝业集团 4台回转窑上近一年的试运行 。
It introduces the construction of infrared ray measuring equipment and some research findings including the dynamic algorithm to compensate the kiln's axial temperature image, the smoothing filtering algorithm to get over disturbances resulted from the particulate and water steams and state prediction algorithm based on Euclidean distance and phase plane.By now, four equipments have been put into operation by Great Wall Aluminium Corp. for about one year and satisfactory control performance has been presented.
