在教育市场竞争日益激烈的今天,民族院校要想立于不败之地,应当树立"特色强校"、以学生为本、为民族地区服务、人力资源管理、依法治校、教育的全球化和民族化等六种办学意识。
Today,with more intense educational market competition,ethnic universities and colleges should strengthen consciousness of running schools in the following six aspects in order to remain invincible:running schools with characteristics,putting students first,serving ethnic regions,managing human resources,administering schools according to law,and carrying out global and national education.
