连铸坯裂纹主要影响因素及对策研究 被引量:22

摘要 文章从钢的凝固行为、高温力学性能、作用在连铸坯上的各种应力、应变、化学成分以及微合金元素析出行为等角度出发 ,总结分析了各主要因素对连铸坯产生裂纹的影响 ,对铸坯裂纹的形成条件、机理进行了综述和总结 。 The causes and the factors affecting the formation of the cracks in continuously cast strand are summarized through analyzing the solidification behaviors and high temperature mechanism of steel,stress and strain acting on continuously cast strand,chemical component,presence behavior of microalloying elements.The countermeasures for preventing the cracks are discussed.
