文章介绍了冷却壁用材质QT4 0 0 - 2 0的化学成分控制及球化、孕育处理工艺 ,冷却壁性能达到图纸要求 ;采用合理的铸造工艺及配备相应的检测样板 ,将冷却壁水冷管管头之间位置偏差控制在± 4mm之内 ,保证了冷却壁在高炉的顺利安装 ;
The chemical control and the technology of nodularization and inoculation of QT 400-20 make the mechanical properties of the cooling wall meet the request of the drawings; reasonable casting technology and corresponding examination templet make the deviation of the distance between water cooling tube heads within plus and minus 4mm making sure a smooth installation of the cooling wall in the blast furnace; the hot inset aluminum carbon brick has no across-running cracks in the foundry process.
