应用摩擦学知识分析了D6 5 0轧机主减速机齿轮点蚀的原因 ,并提出了油品改进措施 ,最终使点蚀现象大大缓解 ,齿面磨损状况明显改善 ,同时运用弹性流体动力润滑理论 (E H L)

The reason for the gear-pair pitting of the main reducer of D650 continuous mills is analyzed by applying tribology theory in the paper, the improvement measures of oil product-quality which can ameliorate pitting and wearing are introduced and at the same time, demonstration is put forward according to Elastic-Hydrodynamic Lubrication.
