The Developmental Environment of Citizen Society and the Future of Social Work

改革开放以来,中国整个社会结构在变化,一个"政府(国家)--市场--社会"功能分化的新的社会结构形态正在呈现,用公民社会理论的分析架构(理想类型)剖析转型期的中国社会,已经具备了有利于公民社会发育的环境因素,进而构筑了中国专业社会工作发展的平台。

From the point of view of social construction theory, social work, citizen society and the whole transforming society of China are all a process of interacting construction. Since the reformation, the whole social structure of China has been changing dramatically, and so a new form of social structure appears, in which the government, markets and the society are functionally differentiated. In China the society today, which has been anatomized by the theory of citizen society, has advantaged environmental factors for the development of citizen society and provided a platform for the growth of social work in China.
