摘要
研究了以硅粉为原料,以碳粉、氧化铝和氧化钇作添加剂,在常压下,采用反应烧结工艺制备氮化硅陶瓷。结果表明:在1380℃下,加入2%Al2O3+8%Y2O3,在氮气气氛中可得到以β Si3N4为主的氮化硅陶瓷。
Silicon nitride ceramic was fabricated through reaction sintering with silicon powder as raw material, carbon powder, alumna and yttria as the additives under normal pressure. The results indicate that β-Si_3N_4 ceramic can be gotten with 2% Al_2O_3+8% Y_2O_3 as sintering additive at 1 380℃ in nitrogen.
