摘要
介绍了一种新的裂纹尖端张开角 (CrackTipOpeningAngle ,简称CTOA)的计算方法。利用联盟管道的有关数据及有限元分析 ,拟合得出了高韧性管材 (CTOA) C 与Charpy冲击韧性CV 非线性段的经验公式 ;用管材Charpy冲击韧性CV 试验结果计算得到的 (CTOA) C 与用DWTT试验结果的经验公式计算得到的 (CTOA) C 非常吻合。这为高韧性管材 (CTOA) C 的计算提供了新的方法 ,可对天然气管道断裂控制计划的制定提供参考。
The calculating model and method of crack tip opening angle (CTOA) have been introduced.A new correlation between (CTOA) C and Charpy energy C V at non-linear stage has been established,by use of fitting the test results of Alliance Pipeline and FEA calculating.The calculated (CTOA) C by above formula from C V is coincidence well with that by the formula from DWTT.This provides a new method for (CTOA) C calculation of high toughness pipeline material.
