摘要
提出了一种检测透明材料位相缺陷的新方法———位相滤波法。采用现代光学信息处理技术改变光信号的频谱,使零级频谱与一级频谱干涉,从而实现由位相到强度的调制,最终检测到透明材料的位相缺陷。
A new method of detecting transparent material, phase filtering method is introduced. By adopting modern optics information processing technology and changing frequency spectrum of optical signal, zero frequency spectrum was enabled to interfere with the first class frequency spectrum. Therefore modulation from the phase to the intensity was realized, and this kind of disfigurement was finally observed and detected.
