为了适应教学和培养人才的需要,高校图书馆的功能必须在原有的基础上有新的突破。探求适应新形势要求的工作方式,扩大职能范围,在读者工作方面深化服务范畴就是当前提出的一个新论题。

In order to meet the need of teaching and training talents, the function of university libraries, on the existing basis, must get a new break-through in seeking job methods that meet the needs of new situation and expanding function range; in the reader work respect, expanding the service range is a new question at present.
