邓小平非常重视思想道德建设的作用，为重塑诚信机制邓小平提出若干观点。党的第三代领导集体在诚信问题上坚持和发展了邓小平理论。

Comrade Deng Xiaoping attached great importance to the building - up of ideology and morality in his lifetime, and he had set forth a set of proposals in readjusting the mechanism in honesty and faithfulness. On this issue, the third generation of CPC's collective leadership has displayed its adherence to Deng Xiaoping Theory, and furthermore it has made some development of this theory.
