A Study on Zhou Enlai's Way of Decision - making

周恩来决策思想是毛泽东决策思想的重要组成部分，其内容是十分丰富的。本文只涉及其中两个方面：一切从实际出发、实事求是进行科学决策所必须遵循的思想路线；调查研究是进行科学决策的客观基础。

The formation of Zhou Enlai's way of decision - making was a result of his persistent study and exploration of the reality of China's revolution and construction. And his thought on decision - making which riches in contents is a very important component of Mao Zedong Thought. This paper is mainly concerned with four aspects of his thought on decision -making.
