试论文化的可译性

On the Translatability of Culture

文化之所以可译关键在于其超地域性。超地域性一指共同性或人类性文化的存在；二为由文化的传播和交流所形成的文化的可融性和趋同性。基于文中分析，文章指出文化的不可译性是一个相对的概念。

The translatability of culture consists in its quality of transcending geographical limits. This quality refers to the existence of common human culture on the one hand, on the other hand it refers to the interaction and assimilation of culture resulted from the spread and communication of various cultures. Based on such analysis, this paper points out that translatability is only a comparative concept.
