摘要
激励是人的自我实现的心理过程,图书馆引进管理心理学中激励理论,会调动员工的工作积极性,加强服务读者的主动性。文章论述了图书馆激励机制的方式、原则及激励制度的设计。
The introduction of stimulative mechanism in libraries, which is a psychological process of self - fulfillment, can work up the enthusiasm of the staff and make them take more initiative in serving readers. This paper concentrates on discussing the pattern, principle, and design of such a mechanism in libraries.
