建立基层农业情报新体制 推动我国农业技术进步

ESTABLISHING NEW SYSTEM OF AGRICULTURAL INFORMATION AT GRASS-ROOT LEVEL TO PROMOTE TECHNOLOGICAL IMPROVEMENT OF CHINA'S AGRICULTURE

本文针对农业情报服务、技术服务、用户需求和市场调节等特点,分析了农业情报转化为生产力的运行机制,农业情报作为生产力的一种表现形式,与其他要素的相互关系。提出了县级以下农业情报参与农业技术改造的途径,提高情报效能的方法。

In view of the characteristics of agricultural information service, tech- nological service, user's needs and market regulation, analysis has been made on the running function of the transformation from agricultural information into productivity, on relationship between agricultural information (as an expressional form of productivity) and other essential elements. Approaches for agricultural information to be got involved in agricultural technology reform under the county level and methods to increase information efficiency have also been set out.
