摘要
经济全球化发展到上个世纪八十年代末、九十年代初呈现出一些过去时代所不具有的新特征。在新的冲击下,作为冷战时代便得以确立的经济主权原则不断陷入新的尴尬。解决经济主权面临的问题,一方面必须坚持经济主权的基调不变,另一方面必须在具体操作上作出灵活的让渡。
Economic globalization has been displaying new characteristics since the late 1980’s and the early 1990’s, and the economic sovereignty has fallen into the dilemma because of this. To solve the problem, we must insist on the basic tune of economic sovereignty; meanwhile we should make some reasonable concessions on concrete problems.
