低年级大学生准军事化管理与养成教育相结合教育模式探索

Managing Mode under Popularized Higher Education: Paramilitary Management Combined with Formative Education to Freshmen

中国高等教育步入大众化时代,大学生的思想状况、文化背景、学习习惯、生活习惯与精英教育时代相比都有明显区别。传统的大学管理模式和教育理念已不能适应当代大学生的需要,必须探索新的教育管理模式,以保证大学生健康成长。文章从实践出发,探讨大众化高等教育背景下低年级学生准军事化管理与养成教育相结合的教育模式,对采取该模式的原因及其模式内容设计进行了研究。

The students cultivated under popularized higher education are distinctively different from those of elite one in terms of thoughts, cultural background, learning and living habits. Traditional management and educational concepts can’t meet students’ demands of today, so a new pattern of educational management should be explored.
