摘要
介绍了用 Tenax-TA吸附采集管采集空气样品,应用 TJ-618热解吸仪将解吸后的样品全部转移到色谱系统中测定室内空气中的 TVOC 的方法.建立了标准曲线,热解吸效率为 97.8%~99.7%,样品测定相对标准偏差 RSD<8.50%,且方法简便.
A method of automated thermal desorption in combination with Gas Chromatography was evaluated for determination of 8 kinds of volatile organic compounds (VOC) in indoor air. Using tenax-TA sorbent tube collecting and TJ-618 thermal desorption, the efficiency of thermal desorption (N=6) was between 97.8% and 99.7%. Relative standard deviation (n=10) was lower than 8.50% for indoor air samples (VOC). The minimum detectable limit is 0.5 ug/m3.
