摘要
采用分光光度法研究了 18 种中草药的抗氧化活性,测定了它们的乙醇提取液对 DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基)的清除作用. 其中杭白菊、虎杖、白芍、女贞子和龙井茶等 5 种中草药对 DPPH 的清除作用都在 80%以上,具有较强的抗氧化作用,尤其杭白菊高达 93.17%.
The spectrophotometric method was used to study the antioxidant activities of 18 kinds of medicinal herbs from Zhejiang province. The scavenging effect of alcohol extracts from these medicinal herbs on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazy (DPPH) was determined. The results revealed that the alcohol extracts from five among all 18 kinds of medicinal herbs, including Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat, Polygonum cuspidatum, Paeonia lactiflora, Ligustrum lucidum, Camellia sinensis, had strong scavenging effect of free radical. The extracts from these five herbs reduced at least 80% of DPPH. Especially, the extracts from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat reduced 93.17% of DPPH.
