Preliminary Report on Chemical Weeding at Big Seedling Nursery

在大苗培植苗圃用 10%草甘膦水剂 150、250、350ml 各加 50%丁草胺 50ml/15kg 和 5%精禾草克 10、20、30ml 各加 50%丁草胺 50ml/15kg 6 个处理进行除草试验,药剂喷施后 30d 调查样方内杂草株数。药后观察苗木药害情况及除草见效快慢,60d 时调查苗木生长情况和药剂有效期。从除草率和有效期及成本考虑,选用 10%草甘膦水剂 250ml 加 50%丁草胺 50ml/15kg 处理为好,除草率在 99.6%。

Experiment was carried out on chemical weeding at big seedling nursery by 3 treatments: 150ml, 250ml and 350ml of 10% glyphosate solution respectively with 50ml/15kg of 50% butachlor, and by another 3 treatments: 10ml, 20ml and 30ml of 5% quizalofop-p-ethyl respectively with 50ml/15kg of 50% butachlor. Investigation was made on effect of chemical weeding on weed and seedlings at quadrats, and on seedling growth and expire time of weed killer. The result showed that the treatment by 250ml 10% glyphosate solution with 50ml/15kg of 50% butachlor was the better with the weeding rate of 99.6%.
