大麦花粉减数分裂与植株主要形态特征关系的研究

Study on the Correlation between the Space of Flag Leaf and Main Morphological Traits of Meiosis in Pollen Cells of Barley

以二棱黑大麦为材料,研究了大麦旗叶、倒二叶伸出长度、旗叶距、幼穗长度、花药长度与减数分裂相的关系。结果表明,旗叶距、幼穗长度、花药长度与减数分裂相间呈极显著正相关。当旗叶距达-9～-6.5cm,或穗长达1.8～3.0cm,或花药长达0.1～0.17cm时取材,可以看到减数分裂各个时期的分裂相。

In order to study the dynamic changes of meiosis in pollen cells of barley,a correlation analysis was conducted between its main morphological traits and meiosis phases.The results showed that there were extremely significant correlations among the space of flag leaf and the length of young spike and the anther.All stages of the meiosis in barley pollen cells could be observed in young spike when the leaf space was -9～-6.5cm,or the young spike length 1.8～(3.0)cm,or the anther length 0.10～0.17cm.
