摘要
克隆差异表达的基因可为分化细胞与祖细胞、激活细胞与静止细胞、突变细胞(如肿瘤细胞)与正常细胞提供某些有意义的信息,本文综述了差异表达基因克隆的一些策略。
Cloning of differentially expressed genes provided some information for differentially cell and original cell,acitivated cell and still cell,mutative cell(such as tumor cell)and normal cell.In this article,some cloning strategies of differentially expressed gene fragments are reviewed.
