摘要
介绍氮气加热器利用LonWorks现场总线控制技术构成网络 ,采用前馈控制PID算法 ,通过周波调整法对电加热管的加热功率进行控制 ,保证了规定时间内连续输出合乎温度要求的高温氮气。控制网络的核心技术是神经元芯片、智能网络节点和LonTalk通信协议。具体介绍了LonWorks技术以及氮气加热控制系统总体方案与网络结构设计、节点模块设计与配置、控制电路设计。
Nitrogen heaters are structured in network by adopting LonWorks fieldbus control technology. The heating power of electric heating tube is controlled by using feedforward PID control algorithm and cycle adjustment. Thus the high temperature Nitrogen which meets temperature requirement is output continuously in specific period. The core technologies of control network are neuron chip and intelligent network node and LonWorks communication protocol. LonWorks technology and general strategy of Nitrogen heating control system and design of network structure, node module design and configuration, design of control circuit; control algorithm, as well as software programming are introduced concretely.
