A Further Research on Zhou Enlai's Thinking on Decision-making

周恩来决策思想是毛泽东决策思想的重要组成部分，其内容是十分丰富的。本文只涉及其中最主要的二个方面：团结一切可以团结的力量实现党的任务是进行科学决策的着眼点；走群众路线是进行科学决策的根本方法。

In his long decision - making life, Zhou Enlai had been continuously summarizing the positive and negative experiences and lessons, and gradually he had developed his owe thoughts on making decisions. This thesis is meant to discuss two main aspects of Zhou's thoughts on decision -making. One maintains that the fulfillment of scientific decision -making should be based on uniting all possible factors which could be united to realize our party's tasks. The other considers the Mass Line to be a fundamental method in decision -making.
