医院档案管理工作中存在的几个误区

Several Mismanagements in the Management of Hospital Archives

医院档案包括医院党政管理、医疗技术、科研、教学、基本建设、仪器设备、财会档案等7类，是保证医院正常运行的必要条件，医院档案管理是医院管理的重要组成部分。但目前在医院档案管理中存在着管理职责不明、重管轻用、以及重视病例档案，轻视其它档案管理等种种管理上的误区。本文通过对上述管理误区的讨论，旨在揭示其弊端及对医院运行的不良影响，为进一步完善医院档案管理，避免上述管理中的错误重复发生提供必要的理论基础。

Hospital archive includes the management of the party's and administrative affairs, medical techniques, scientific research, teaching, infrastructure, medical equipments, and financial and fiscal archives. All these seven elements are necessary to run a hospital, and the management of hospital archives constitutes a major part in the management of a hospital. But at present there are still various mismanagements in the management of hospital archives, for instance, the inexplicitness of responsibilities, the inclination towards management rather than practical use, and the stress on managing the archives of cases of illness rather than other archives. This paper is intended to dig up all of these defects and make theoretical preparation to improve hospital archive management so as to avoid the repeated appearance of these mismanagements.
