本文分析了美元贬值的内外因，并从原因及结果看其对我国外贸以及我国现行汇率体制的影响，在“中间汇率制度消失论”的基础上，浅谈入世后我国汇率制度的选择。

This paper analyses the inside and outside causes of US dollar depreciation ,and analyses the impact of US dollar depreciation on our foreign trade and on our present exchange rate system. Then, on the basis of the hypothesis of vanishing intermediate regime , this paper throws light on the choice of exchange rate regime in China after she entered into WTO.
