摘要
选取 3种不同树种的变形薄板试件 ,采用不同的预处理方法和热压条件进行校正试验 ,比较 5种不同工艺方案下的热压校正效果 ,找出最佳热压工艺参数。经试验得出 :利用热压校正小规格薄板的变形是有效的 ,其最佳热压温度为 1 5 0~ 1 70℃ ,压力为 1~ 1 5MPa ,热压时间 8~ 1 0min ,且在保压下降温其效果最佳。
Three kinds of tree samples of the thin planks deformed were chosen in this test,the hot pressing correction experiments were carried out by different pre-treatments and technical conditions.The best technology was found by comparing the effects of hot pressing correction under the five technical schemes.The experiment showed that the best one was the temperature 150~170℃,pressure 1~1.5MPa,hot pressing time 8~10?min/each time,and dropping the temperature to mormal under keeping the pressure condition.
