青海湖畔两种盐生植物叶片的超微结构研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用透射电子显微镜对生长在青海湖畔盐碱湿地上的两种盐生植物,即二裂委陵菜(Potentillabi furca)和鹅绒委陵菜(P.anserina)叶片的超微结构进行了研究,并以生长于西宁地区的非盐生同种植物为对照。结果发现高海拔地区盐生环境中植物的叶绿体内存在较多的淀粉粒,并被大量的线粒体包围。叶绿体的类囊体和线粒体的嵴具有膨大现象。部分叶绿体的类囊体排列紊乱、扭曲、松散。认为两种盐生植物的超微结构特征与其抗盐性具有密切的关系。 The leaf ultrastructure of two halophytes-Potentilla bifurca and Potentilla anserina, growing in the salinized wetland near the Qing-hai Lake, was observed through the transmission electron microscope. And the same kind of plants growing in Xi-ning districts was used to contrast, which are not halophytes. The result showed that there were many starch grains in the clfioroplasts of plants growing in high altitude districts and salty surroundings, and chloroplasts were enclosured by plenty of mitochondria. The morphology of chloroplast and cfistae of mitochondria had changed into swelling. Meanwhile, the morphology of parts of chloroplasts arrayed twistily, loosely and disorderly. It was thought that ultrastructure and character of the two halophytes were connected with salt resistance.
