本文从我国企业的现实出发,通过对“企业对科技成果有效需求的疲软”和“大起大落”这两种不正常现象的反思,分析了企业科技进步与市场经济的关系。认为只有完善的市场经济体制才能使企业走上依靠科技进步的道路。企业是否有自觉吸纳科技成果的意识和吸纳科技成果的能力是影响企业能否有效吸纳科技成果的两个基本因素,完善的市场经济体制的建立在这两方面都可以起到强化和促进作用。而吸纳科技成果的正常机制则是企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地的基本保证。
