多金属硫化矿石中低品位铅锌分离无氰工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对嵌布关系复杂、各矿物可浮性接近、铁闪锌矿难活化、矿物间干扰大 ,同时氰化物用量大、环境污染严重的状况 ,研究了无氰条件下采用等可浮流程工艺措施 ,成功解决了某多金属硫化矿石中低品位铅锌的分离难题。试验表明 ,与现生产流程相比 ,铅、锌粗精矿品位分别提高 2 .0 %、1.0 5 % ,回收率提高了 3.12 %、2 .13%。 Point to the complex disserination and sight difference of ore floatability,marmatite being hard to activate, also intense interaction among minerals, meanwhile using cyanidation exessively and polluting environment gravely. Iso-floatability flowsheet process was studyed under the condition of cyanide-free and the problem of separation on Pb-Zn was resolved sucessfully. The experiment indicated, the grade of crude lead and zinc was increased 2.0%,1.05% respectively, the recovery was also increased 3.12%, 2.13% respectively.
