摘要
在市场经济条件下,现代企业管理成败的影响因素很多,它不仅取决于一定的资金、技术和管理,而且更关键的决定因素是人。企业管理者必须积极深入研究人力资源管理中“以人为本”的理念、内容、方法,才能有效地实施现代管理,使企业与职工形成良好的人性化关系,形成企业激励与约束相结合的管理机制,中国企业才会不断提高经济效益而促进企业的发展。
Success or failure of contemporary business management is affected by many factors under the condition of market economy. The determinant factors include not only certain capitals, technology and management, but also human, the key factor. The business managers must actively study the concepts, contexts and methods of the taking human as foundation in human resource management, and effectively implement the contemporary management so as to form a good humanity relationship between the business and staff as well as a management mechanism combining stimulation with restraints of business. Thus Chinese enterprises will continuously raise their economic effects and promote their developments.
