近些年来,一部分学者质疑“中国古代的商业政策是重农抑商”的观点,并提出了与之完全相反的观点——中国古代的商业政策,与其说是抑商,倒不如说是重商。作者针对这种质疑,从其理论认识和史实运用两个方面进行分析与探讨,并最终得出了中国古代的商业政策,主要还是“重农抑商”,而并非重商或既重农又恤商的结论。

In recent years, some scholars oppugn the point of view that the commercial policies of ancient China were physiocratic and restraining commerce. They also put forward the opposite viewpoint that the commercial policies of ancient China were mercantile rather than restraining commerce. Who is right or wrong in the debate? The author tries to primarily analyze and discuss the controversial viewpoints from the related theories and historical facts.
