由于生产要素具有沉淀成本的性质,全球化并不是表面上的市场交换。这就需要我们进行相应的制度安排以减少沉淀成本产生的不利影响,从而使我国在经济全球化过程中处于平等的经济地位。

Economic globalization is not only the market exchange because productive factors have a nature of lost cost.In order to make our economy be in the equal economic position during the globalization,we should make some regulations to reduce the influence caused by lost cost.
