弓形虫滋养体的二维结构图像分析

摘要 目的建立并分析弓形虫滋养体的形态学数据和参数,为其构建三维结构奠定基础。方法用图象分析仪测量弓形虫滋养体及其细胞核的长径、短径、等效直径、圆度和长宽比计算其体积等参数。结果弓形虫滋养体长径为3.66±0.57μm,短径为1.79±0.30μm,等效直径为2.29±0.37μm,周长为9.35±0.88μm,圆度为0.62±0.16,长宽比为0.51±0.16。细胞核的长径为2.18±0.60μm,短径为1.23±0.31μm,等效直径为1.48±0.38μm,周长为5.61±0.93μm,圆度为0.74±0.17,长宽比为0.60±0.16,虫体的表面积为4.37±0.97μm2,体积为7.09±1.75μm3;虫体细胞核的表面积为1.89±0.85μm2,体积为2.21±1.34μm3。结论本研究对虫体形态学数据和参数的建立,为量化和评价虫体的形态特征奠定了基础。 To obtain and analyze the morphological data and parameters on the trophozoites of Toxoplasma gondii in order to provide basis for the construction of its stereographic structures.The length,breath,perimeter,aspect ratio equivalent diameter,roundness and area of Toxoplasma gondii trophozoites and there nuclei were measured by image analyzer.The volume of trophozoites and there nuclei were calculated.Result showed that the distribution,size,equivalent circle diameter,roundness,aspect ratio of trophozoites were 9.35±0.88 μm,3.66±0.57 μm × 1.79±0.30μm,2 29±0 37μm,0.62±0.16,0.51±0.16 respectively. The size of nucleus was 2.18±0.60μm×1.23±0.31 μm,the distribution was 5.61±0.93μm.The equivalent circle diameter was 1.48±0.38 μm,The roundness was 0.74±0.17,the aspect ratio was 0.60±0.16.The area of trophozoites and their nuclei were 4.37± 0.97 μm 2 and 1.89±0.85μm 2.The volume of the trophozoits and their nuclei were 7.09±1.75μm 3 and 2.21±1.34μm 3.It concludes that these morphological data and parameters are useful for evaluating the morphology of Toxoplasma gondii.
