胃癌的诊断与治疗（二）——晚期胃癌的治疗现状 被引量：6

摘要 迄今晚期胃癌化疗作用仍属姑息性。传统的化疗方案治疗比最好的支持治疗的中位生存期明显提高，随着各种新的抗癌药物的出现，晚期胃癌治疗的有效率和生存期有望进一步提高，但目前尚无标准的联合治疗方案。尤其近年来靶向治疗药物的引入有可能为胃癌的治疗开辟一条新的途径。
