轴卷的猪小肠黏膜下层──一种新的人工肌腱的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨轴卷的猪小肠黏膜下层 (SmallIntestineSubmucosa ,SIS)作为人工肌腱移植修补缺损肌腱的可行性 ,为肌腱的修复提供一种新的组织工程材料。方法 将 4 0只 12周的Leghorn鸡随机分为两组 ,A组为自体移植组 ,B组为SIS移植组。移植术后 3、 6、 9周进行组织形态学、移植免疫学、生物力学的测定。结果 A、B两组移植术后局部反应小 ,伤口一期愈合 ,屈趾功能恢复正常。组织形态学检查未见明显淋巴细胞浸润。肌腱缝合处胶原纤维相互衔接。生物力学测定证实 9周后两组肌腱抗拉力间的差别无著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 SIS可作为修复肌腱缺损的异种材料。 Objective To investigate the abilities of rolled SIS to repaired the defects of tendon as an artificial tendon,and introduce a new biomaterial for xenograft transplanting.Methods 40 12weeks′ Leghorn cocks were divided into two groups randomly,group A was autograft transplanting group,group B was xenograft transplanting group.After transplanting,histological observation,immunology and bioscience were performed regularly.Results There were little imflammation,well healing and normal phalanx flextion postoperation.There was no proof of immigaration of lyphoid cell.The collagen fibers were connected each other in suture area,thus suggusting SIS was ingrowth and connected with normal tendon.There was no difference in bioscience between two groups nine weeks postoperation.Conclusion SIS could be the material in repairing defect tendon.
