审美解放的前提是审美本身的解放。为此，首先要解决现实的审美沉重，冲破物欲肉欲的束缚，改变大脑负担的偏重模式，善于释放脑潜能；其次要改变审美偏见，以人类的存活状态及其发展趋势为参照，从精神价值关系上分别从客观和主观两方面考察、感受、感悟美，在双方“心理完形”的无限追求中，既超越原始单个人有限的“圆满”，又超越现代单个人的虚空，使审美成为现代性主体在心灵深处和外在世界进行理想化交往，解决世界观、人生观、价值观的一种良好精神实践方式；再次要把审美和传统的受动教育区分开来。

The premise of aesthetic liberation is the liberation of aesthetic behaviour itself. For this reason, first of all, the practical aesthetic heaviness should be relieved , the trammel of material and carnal desires should be smashed, the non - balance model of the brains burden should be corrected, so that the latent potentialities of the brains can be relieved. Secondly, aesthetic prejudice should be altered, beauty should be inspected, appreciated and experienced in the light of human existence, in objective and subjective aspects from the relations of spiritual val ue. In the boundless pursuit of two - way psychic gestalt(full shape), we should surmount both the limited 'com pleteness' of primtive individuals and the void of the modern one, so that aesthetic behaviour can be achieved a perfect way for modern subject to ideally contact with the outer world in deep psyche, to set world outlook, out look on life,outlook of value. Thirdly, aesthetic behaviour and the traditional passive education should be marked off.
