金属烤瓷冠修复并发症及其原因分析

Analysis on complications associated with ceramometal crown restoration

目的 :分析金属烤瓷冠修复并发症的原因。方法 :对 45例 67个烤瓷冠修复出现的问题进行分析。结果 :修复后出现的问题包括冠松动脱落、瓷崩、牙龈炎、食物嵌塞、牙龈变色、基牙继发龋、牙髓炎、咬合痛及基牙松动。其中冠松动是临床上最常见的问题。结论 :为了减少修复并发症 ,必需严格遵循牙体预备的生物学、力学和美学原理以及烤瓷冠设计制作原则。

Objective To analysis the complications related to ceram ometal crown restoration. Method Forty-five patients with a to tal 67 ceramomental crown s were retrospetively analyzed of problems or failure factors. Result Com plications included crown mobility, ceramic fracture, chronic gingisitis and f oo d impaction, gingival discoloration, carries and acute pulpitis, masticatory pai n, tooth mobility. Crown mobility is the most frequently noted problems associa ted w ith ceramometal crowns. Conclusion Basic principles of ceramom etal crown design and tooth preparation should be followed to reduce the problems associated with ceramometal crown restoration.
