摘要
介绍DMU 70eVolution高速五轴联动加工中心加工圆柱凸轮的数控加工方法 .分析研究圆柱凸轮的加工原理 ,导出数控加工程序的数学模型 ,解决了加工凸轮时不能使用刀具半径自动补偿的难题。
The method of CNC programming was described which was used for machining cylinder cam in 5-axeses high speed DMU 70 eVolution machining center.The machining principle of cylinder cam has been studied,and the formula generating for CNC programming has been worked out.The automated compensation of cutting tool’s radius was used first time in this field.
